Traditional Foster Care

Provide a safe, nurturing home for children of all ages who need temporary placement while working toward reunification or permanency. Short-term or long-term placements, monthly financial support, free training and certification, 24/7 support, respite care available and path to adoption if appropriate.

Enhanced Therapeutic Foster Care

Care for children who have experienced significant trauma and need intensive therapeutic support in a family setting with higher reimbursement rates. Professional-level certification, competitive reimbursement, weekly clinical team support, trauma-informed approach. BAIR is one of only a few agencies approved for Virginia’s ETFC program.
